I’m pushing theists it’s a way for me to pay for my studio. I’m not getting as much interest as I hoped.

Is it because people do not want a long term financial commitment ?

Back to the beginning …

I have just started my next comic, One For The Road. This is the follow on from last Orders. Roughly it will be about my leaving London for the North, specifically Hull. I thought I would share some process as it develops. I start with writing stuff into sketchbooks, this is the raw data. At some point I decide I have enough of an idea of the general theme, and start to decant the sketchbook stuff onto paper. There is no craft, just notation, getting stuff out and looking at the rough shape of it.
