As promised, here is the beginning of regular posts. My aim is to post eight pages twice a week, Saturday and Wednesday. The title was thought up by my good friend Douglas Noble. The content is a reworking of nine issues of my autobiography comics, leading into two new comics.
I started this ‘project’ in 2009. At the time I was struggling to get any work together, and was having strong thoughts towards giving up. Nothing was happening, and creatively it felt pointless. This was a regular state of mind at this time, I’m not good enough, I’m not worthy, etc.
Josie long organised an event 100 days to make me a better person –https://www.independent.co.uk/arts-entertainment/comedy/features/the-100-club-artists-who-signed-up-for-comedian-josie-longrsquos-self-improvement-odyssey-reveal-1915536.html
I joined in and decided to draw a comic page a day. I got as far as day 52 then it went south. It got me working again and the results were two new comics, the first was 100 days of winter.
This is where the uploads start, with new lettering and now in colour.
